A legacy reborn. Mortgage-World.com is built on a foundation of resilience, vision, and family.

Our story begins back in 1999 on Park Avenue, NY where our father, Ralph Luis, started his mortgage career. He grew his business into a full-service operation—South Beach Home Loans—with branches in Elmwood Park, NJ, and Miami Beach, FL by 2004. He assembled a dedicated team of loan officers and processors and led the company with passion—until the 2008 financial crash swept away everything: the business, the office, and the team. Yet, one thing remained unbroken: our family and our dream.

Slowly but surely, our father, together with Chris, steadily rebuilt the business from the ground up. Today, that dream has become reality as Chris and his sister Julia run Mortgage-World.com.

Chris Luis, Broker/Owner, began his mortgage career in high school under the influence of his father and has dedicated over 20 years to the industry, bringing deep expertise and empathy to every client interaction. Julia Luis, a University of Miami graduate, grew up immersed in the profession, inspired by her family’s hard work, and joined the company after college as a Mortgage Loan Officer.

Together, Chris and Julia continue their father’s mission.
